More Wonderful words from Ava June!

I always want to remember these funny things she says so here are a few of the latest…

* One night she was calling for me around 3am. I went into her room and she says, “Mommy can you nurse Ava?” I picked her up out of her crib and she said, “Hi cutie-mommy.”

*She was playing with the light switch in the bedroom with Daddy when a car pulled into our driveway. At this point Ava had turned the lights off and watched the headlights move across the room. Ava then cautiously says, “Daddy, the wall just moved.”

Ava’s funny words:

Whobody” – there’s nobody, somebody, everybody.. so whobody makes perfect sense!

Plogged” – Ava’s word for when something is clogged.

As of yesterday, our belly-buttons are callled “stems” I don’t know where this came from as they used to be called belly-buttons. But now everyone has a stem!

Ava’s new way to sit and read!

Sledding

The common area in our neighborhood has little hills that are perfect for baby sledding. Except there was one tiny problem… we don’t have a sled. Luckily my inventive husband fixed that. What could be better than an old satellite dish?

Ava’s favorite book right now is called “Someday”. One of the pages reads “One day when the first snowflakes fell, I held you up on watched them melt on your baby skin”. Ava asked us to hold her up in the snowflakes.
